RETURNS POLICY

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products purchased on Vani Threads therefore please read the product disclaimer below, and take precise measurements when choosing a ready to wear size, or customising a outfit.

FAULTY ITEMS POLICY

All items are quality-checked before dispatch. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please email vanithreads@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. In your email, include a picture of the fault, the date of purchase, and your order number. All faulty items will be exchanged for the same product. If the same product is not available, a refund will be issued.

 

Please allow up to 48 hours for a response after notifying us of a fault. Faulty items must be returned to us within 14 days in their original packaging (a return label will be provided).

We reserve the right to update product details, availability & prices at any time.

Please note that colors and finishes may appear different in person due to lighting, photography, or screen display settings. For additional reference, check customer riews showing items in different lighting, or feel free to contact us directly for more photos or fabric swatches.​

Lengha with netting (cancan) may come with a smell due to the glue used. Please leave the skirt to air out upside down for 4-5 hours and this will remove the smell.

Due to the intricate, heavily sequined embroidery on outfits, some sequin loss may occur over time as a natural result of wear and handling.

Vani Threads are not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or damage from wear and tear.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Vani Threads website and social media channels (including photos, designs, branding, and text) is the property of Vani Threads. Customers may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior permission.

Client photos will only be shared on Vani Thread’s website or social media with the owner’s consent.
